Tourniquet carrier molds

These molds are designed for non-membrane vacuum forming only.

Separate molds available for the CAT tourniquet and the soft T wide.

These are a fold over carrier designed with adjustable retention space built in and a flared opening.  

The mold comes with a folding slug designed to be used to fold the shell over after forming.

The belt attachment blocking is set up for TEKLOK or malice clips.

A router trim jig is also available to help speed up the build time as well as making more uniform products.
